Studio Manager Privacy Policy

This policy describes Kranous Plays Studio Manager, operated by Jayson Argento for the separately authorized Kranous Plays and After Credits Mixed Results channels. Contact kranousplays@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests.

Information accessed and purpose

The tool uses YouTube API Services. It can retrieve channel identity, uploaded-video records, titles, descriptions, tags, available settings, playlist memberships, statistics, localized metadata, source-file details and recording date/location where YouTube returns them. These records may include private or unlisted videos. Information is used for authorized channel management, metadata review, before/after verification and troubleshooting.

Google handles account sign-in. The tool stores OAuth credentials and recovery backups in a protected local directory, separately for each channel. It does not collect your Google password.

Storage and service providers

Working metadata and operation records are stored in the operator’s project folders. Selected information is processed through the operator’s authorized OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT workflow. Google processes API requests and account authorization. Sanitized operational summaries may be copied to Google Drive in a link-shared, view-only continuity folder; anyone with its link can read those summaries. Active credentials and full raw metadata exports are excluded from that reporting route. The whole workflow is not local-only.

This information website is hosted using Hostinger and WordPress. Those services may process technical request logs such as IP address, browser details and request time. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. These app-information pages do not add advertising, embedded video players, analytics scripts or a public channel-login form.

Control, retention and deletion

You can revoke access through Google account permissions. You may also request deletion of stored app data by emailing the contact above. Removing local app data does not delete videos or other content from YouTube.

The operator handles access, refresh and deletion manually. Ordinary stored API metadata is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days; statistics retained longer require the applicable authorization/deletion checks every 30 days. User deletion requests are handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Revoked access stops dependent operations and triggers removal of affected stored API data and unusable credentials, including controlled backups and report copies as applicable. Affected stored API data is removed as soon as possible, within seven calendar days for revocation through the operator’s app process, or within 30 calendar days for revocation through Google account permissions. No automatic deletion service is claimed. Historical backups are not an exception to applicable retention requirements.

Before using the tool, users must review and agree to this privacy policy through the operator’s recorded onboarding/continuation process. Material changes in data use require renewed acceptance. Contact the operator before connecting an account if you have questions about these practices.

Google’s handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy. OpenAI’s services have their own privacy policy and account-dependent data controls.
